BetOnline - Action Poker Scam With 2 USA facing sites

A user's report

1. Withdrawal Denied on incorrect reason while stating 24h payouts guaranteed
2. Withdrawal denied stating email on poker site and neteller is different even when they are same.
3. Same scenario repeats three times that I take balance over 1000 dollars and then lose every hand.
4. Hand history data is not provided and difficult to get, hands are not sorted and jumbled when I request them.
5. Half of the players location not visible and network has no plans to change this making this disadvantaged against some.
6. Withdrawals held for 48-72hours excluding saturdays and sundays even though site claims (PayNoRake) 24h payouts guaranteed.
7. Live Help never works and always forwards to send comments.
8. Every withdrawal costs 50$ even neteller except for the first in the month.
9. No Rakeback at all if you are a winning player.
10. Hand histories cannot be put in HM2 for analysis.
11. Extremely less players on the site.
12. No tournaments worth playing.
13. Disconnection Issues.
14. Losing players suddenly win every hand and make unbelievable calls and run super hot, trampling you.

The only reason I deposited on the site again after an year was because of this message "If we do not pay you within 24 hours we will give you 100% of your requested cashout amount guaranteed"

but they should add this too
We can cancel any payout requests from our end if we want to or need to or like to. It is our site and we can do anything. We can lie too and we are shameless.

The final icing on this scam cake was getting 0 rake back even though I paid 175$ in rake yesterday and lost over 1200$. They have an inbuilt amazing calculator that has calculated that on a site that pays upto 100% daily rakback I should get 0 Dollars.

here is the message, and just one popup message email support for 10% rebate, like I will deposit money in this scam again

Let's go down to the core of this scam formula.
Today's rake back percentage is set based on yesterday's profits.

If I made profit yesterday then my today's rake back percentage is set to 0 .

So today I lose every dollar in my account and generated 175$ in rake. They will KEEP this money with them and not pay a dollar rakeback because the formula says so.

Now after losing all the money and coming to know that I am a losing player they will set the rakeback percentage for today to 100%.

But I don't have money in my account to get any rakeback and if and only if I deposit again then whatever is raked I will get it.

After making a player run hot for a couple of days, the player's account balance is going to swell a lot.

At a site like PayNoRake the rake generated then on the last day when he loses is going to be nearly as much as he deposited, like I deposited 195$ and the rake I paid on the last day was 175$, so on an incorrect rakeback percentage formula which is always 1 day late. They will manage to keep the rakeback too. And to get the player to deposit again they will set his rakeback from 0 to 100 again.

But this means the players should be due 100% rakeback every single day.
Now they know this that they are lying and look what is the last line

It is complete irony that such scam sites are allowed to operate freely which are licensed by governments and which are literally stealing money of the poker players and even lying in their terms and conditions blatantly, putting fake messages and not paying their commitments, no punishment is ever going to be enough for these scam artists.

Finally just now email Curacao gaming commission board that I have been scammed out of my money with this scam site PayNoRake which blatantly lies in its own terms and conditions and gives misleading ads,

but the only thing I am sure is that I am not going to see my money again, it is shipped, shipped to fall through the cracks, of who knows what...
 

I used to remember the days I played online casino, at least I would win some big scores in blackjack and get some money, no idea what is the issue with poker sites, they are ripping every single dollar in the name of skill.

Another thing pops in my mind as to why the hands being returned are not sorted by time,

the only reason of hands being jumbled up and not sorted means that super users can even choose which hands should be dealt at the table and they are stored in the database, when a super user a bad streak to happen he will click it, and the hands of which the outcome is already known will be dealt, he can even click on the hand that should be dealt and will be dealt. These hands will be assigned an id. When players request reports, the hands are fetched sorted by the ids and not by the time, which explains that there is a database of pre-existing hands from which future hands are getting pulled.

this means there is a way to deal the cards bypassing the random number generator. I say this probably because as a player I can only imagine what could be inside a black box when I cannot see the internals.

I see the output and based on that I am conjecturing what is going inside the site. Only the people licensing this site should be able to check this.

This makes me want to conjecture that the site is rigged beyond imagination.
